Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
International shipping is available to select destinations.

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical constraints.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Brethe is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, natural events, or unforeseen disruptions.
Failed Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-dispatch may be subject to additional shipping charges.
