Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, the product must:

Be unworn and unwashed

Have original hangtags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Pass a quality inspection upon receipt
Brethe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Sale Items
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
All returns and exchanges are processed through reverse pickup.
Reverse pickup available, ₹100 fee for returns and free for exchanges
This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds are initiated promptly.
Please note: While refunds are processed quickly from our end, it may take up to 30 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation:
Please contact our team immediately after placing the order
Email us at contact@brethe.co with your order number and reason for cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images and videos of the product along with your order number
Our team will review the issue and assist you promptly.
